John Luke Robertson and Mary Kate McEacharn: Married!

Duck Dynasty cast member John Luke Robertson married his fiancee, Mary Kate McEacharn, on Saturday. The 19-year-olds got engaged last fall.

"I had an amazing time!" John Luke said, while the bride added: "It was one of the best days of my life! It was everything I hoped it would be and more."

The pair exchanged their own personal vows at the Robertson family farm in West Monroe, La., and were feted by more than 800 family and friends. 

John Luke’s father, Duck Commander CEO and Duck Dynasty executive producer Willie Robertson, officiated the young couple’s ceremony.

We expect that the nuptials will be shown later in Season 8, which just began, so we’ll know a lot more when we watch Duck Dynasty online.

As last week’s premiere recalled, John Luke got engaged to Mary Kate on his 19th birthday in October. He gushed about her at the time:

"I am so excited to marry my best friend. I know my parents married young as well, and they have always been examples of what ‘could be’ to me."

"Fast-forward 22 years and they are more in love than ever. I hope Mary Kate and I are the same way in years to come. God has truly blessed us."

Robertson and McEacharn, 19, first met in 2010 at a Christian summer camp but did not start dating until a few years later, in March 2013.

The two lovebirds will both be going to Liberty University together in the fall. Congratulations to John Luke and the entire Robertson clan!
